We Launched Ninja Fitness TV in April 2020 in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic. 

We use Ninja Fitness TV to deliver our classes to you at home. 

On Saturdays we do a Strength Challenge or workout, on Monday we will do a Movement Challenge and every Wednesday we will share a full Ninja Fitness Class.

All our videos are suitable for all and will provide a good workout or fun challenge for the whole family. 

Our Wednesday Workout starts with a warm up, full body stretching, Ninja Poses and drills which are strength & balance exercises. Then for the body of the lesson we will teach new skills.

All the content is progressive and if the lessons are done in order you will have all the prerequisites you need to complete the skills successfully.

We encourage continued practice of the skills as many are strength based and while a person, adult or child, will successfully attempt each skill on day one mastery will only be achieved with continued practice. 

We will continue to provide these workouts until we can recommence our face to face classes.

These lessons are suitable for all. Emphasis is placed on developing fundamental movement skills (FMS) which are hugely beneficial for all students. Mastery of  FMS skills will ensure success in other sports as well as improved general strength & fitness. 

These lessons are hugely beneficial for students with low muscle tone, DCD and dyspraxia. The clear, explicit instructions and progressive development of skills assists in the development of balance, core strength and coordination which will improve movement and in turn boost the confidence of these students.
